What is B3?

Unlocking Potential

Athletes who display remarkable levels of speed, agility, and quickness are the ones ahead of the rest, separated from the "good" and find themselves among the "great." Brick by Brick (B3) Performance Training helps athletes develop these aspects of their game through steady progressions, balanced workload, and educational communication.

When I began to workout with Hank I was looking for someone to improve my footwork, speed and agility, and overall running form as an athlete. Now I can confidently say I have improved in all of those areas and more. I am seeing faster running times along with improvement in overall fitness. For over a year now Hank has helped me improve numerous aspects of my game. From working on speed, running mechanics, and agility to plyometrics, conditioning, and strength training Hank has been extremely helpful.
